Versatile she makes succulent better-for-you fried chicken at home easy peasy — just add it to flour for the perfect dredge. Add a heaped tsp of her to a tbsp coconut sugar / brown sugar for a majestic meat rub. Or shake her over air fryer wings or chippies.
