HOW TO USE IT

A great all rounder to use on everything and anything ~ adds a solid kick of habanero heat with yummy garlic hum. Use as a barbecue rub, a seasoning, and as just as you would garlic powder, chilli flakes or regular salt.

HOT TIP

For melt-in-your mouth hot wings ~ pat your free range wing niblets/ wings with paper towel dry before dusting with a couple of tsp of baking powder and Garlic Scapes Hot Salt. Bake for an hour until golden and toss in Fermented Habanero, Bush Citrus and Ginger Hot Sauce.
